    Holocaust In 1939, all the children were out of Germany. The parents had to leave their house in Bovenden and they moved to Nordhausen. In October 1939, wrote from Nordhausen to the Goettingen Housing Authority..... “Our children are all abroad. My brother with whom I am living, is leaving Germany. We want to return to Goettingen because our furniture is in storage.” The request was denied. In 1941 left Nordhausen and went by train to Lisbon and then left with the last boat to Argentina. Came to Argentina December 12, 1941.
